ABOUT TRANSITION TO EBYS SYSTEM

EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) software installation procedures have been completed and the testing process has started. Trainer, administrative manager and system administrator trainings related to the system have been completed. According to the electronic document circular from the Prime Ministry and YÖK, all state institutions are required to conduct their correspondence through EBYS by the end of 2017. Our university will start using EBYS as of December 18, 2017 in accordance with this circular. Until this date, all users should be included in the system from ebys.alanya.edu.tr with their own user accounts, create new documents from their own units, make internal and external correspondence, ensure that a sample of the physical documents sent in this process is sent to the relevant unit through the system, check whether their accounts and the accounts of the users in their unit are active, whether their roles are defined correctly, whether there are missing roles, whether the unit supervisors are written correctly. Since these correspondences will be in the test environment, they will not be reflected in the real environment. However, as of December 18, 2017, all correspondence will be transferred from the system to the real environment with a number and date time stamp. As of December 18, 2017, all correspondence will be made through EBYS.
