ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (AVEBIS) IS ONLINE WITH NEW DESIGN AND FEATURES!
In order to accurately and dynamically analyze the teaching and research activities of academic staff within our university and to present up-to-date information transparently to the society in national and international standards for the benefit of internal and external stakeholders; The Academic Data and Information System (AVEBIS), which was developed entirely by the resources of our University's IT Department, was put into use.
Personnel information pages of the academicians of our University with the Academic Data and Information System (AVEBIS) developed;

- It is designed to be open to continuous renewal and development.
- By developing various algorithms, a detailed and filtered search feature has been developed on the home page, enabling faster access to the desired information.

1- Statistical information is displayed instantly and up-to-date with a modern interface.
2- A large dataset has been created with researchers' curriculum vitae, work information, scientific studies and many other data.
3- Mutual integration studies have been carried out with many national and international data platforms, and the information provided from these databases and the works and information of the researchers are dynamically received, providing accurate and effective usage services to the researchers.
4- In mutual integration studies; ÖSYM DATA SHARING SYSTEM, IDENTITY SHARING SYSTEM, WOS, SCOPUS, DSPACE, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, YOKSİS, UNIVERSITY PERSONNEL SYSTEM, Student Information System were used.
5- In addition, a modern and easy-to-use management panel page has been developed where researchers can edit their own information in the use of the Academic Data and Information System.
6- For researchers who will use the Academic Data and Information System, they can also use the existing pages as their own blog pages, and they can easily organize their personal information, educational information, institutional information, scientific works and scientific studies.
7- Academic Data and Information System is compatible with all mobile devices.
8- A Quick Access area has been developed on the Academic Data and Information System and with this area, access to our University's home page, journals and databases within ALKU, and pages such as the National Thesis Center has been provided.
9- It is actively used by 575 academic staff of our university.
