CORPORATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DELETION PROCEDURE

Dear Users,

The “Corporate Account Termination and Deletion Procedure,” prepared by the Directorate of Information Technologies within the scope of the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, has come into effect.

This procedure outlines how the digital identities of our university’s staff and students—such as institutional e-mail accounts, system logins, cloud storage, and similar services—will be managed once their employment/enrollment ends, how long the data will be retained, and under what conditions it will be irreversibly deleted.
