Dear Members of our University;
Please do not update your computers temporarily due to a problem with the Windows update service. During this period, you are kindly requested to stop the update process in order to maintain the stability of your computers and prevent possible problems.
Solution steps for our users who update and experience problems:
- Start Windows in Safe Mode or Windows Recovery Environment.
- Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory.
- Find the file starting with “C-00000291*.sys” and delete it.
- Restart the computer normally.
