As Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Department of Information Technologies, support requests that were previously received in hard copy via the “Fault Notification, Maintenance-Repair and Installation Request Form” will now be received online from the support portal at “support.alanya.edu.tr”. You can open a support request for the Department of Information Technologies or the Department of Construction and Technical Affairs through the relevant portal, view and edit the status of your support requests, and add screenshots etc. to your requests.

In order to create a support request, support.alanya.edu.tr should be entered from any web browser. Click on the “New Support Request” link on the page that opens.

In order to create a support request in the system, you need to log in. You need to use the eduroam-ebys username - password pair to log in.

After logging in, the help topic should be selected.

From the screen that appears, details about the support request can be entered into the relevant form. Entering the details about the request on the form screen will speed up the diagnosis and solution of the problem.

After all information is entered, the “Create Record” button can be clicked. Afterwards, the record will be created and assigned to the relevant department.
