In order to procure the software with the most appropriate features for the transition of our university to EBYS (Electronic Document Management System), the Department of Information Technologies has made the necessary examinations and market researches, and by requesting application demonstrations from the companies before the purchase, it has been decided which features of an Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) application will be purchased. These features will help our organization speed up operations, increase efficiency and unclog bottlenecks. With EBYS, business processes are perfected and delays or errors are detected immediately.

With its 100% web-based structure, EBYS does not require any installation on the client computer, facilitates management and reduces costs. You can easily access the system with an internet connection. Even for its superior features such as workflow design and form design, it does not require an external tool; a web browser is always sufficient.
High Level Security
With EBYS, it keeps documents in a 128-bit encrypted format in the repository or database. It supports vertical and horizontal authorizations. Keys for the encryption algorithm can be defined by the client during system setup, and enVision allows customers to implement and use their own encryption algorithms simply by creating a DLL and registering it with the system.

As of the first week of December, software installation procedures have been completed and the testing process has been completed. Trainer, administrative manager and system administrator trainings related to the system have been completed, and all trainings have been video recorded and made available to our staff at https://ebysyardim.alanya.edu.tr.
Our university has completed its integrations with YÖK, ÖSYM, PTT KEP, NVİ and other public institutions and started to officially use the Electronic Document Management System in all units as of December 18, 2017.
