1) Social Distancing Student and Staff Access System

2) Development of Corporate Mobile Application
With this application, you can access general information about our university, current announcements and events. You can also make video calls with your academic advisor and use features that will facilitate your transactions on campus.
3) Launching the New Web Page

• Kodsal ve tasarımsal yapısı en güncel versiyonlar kullanılarak modern ve kullanışlı bir arayüz oluşturulmuştur.
• Hızlı Erişim bölümü eklenerek öğrencilere ve öğrenci adaylarına aradıklarını daha kolay bulma fırsatı sunulmuştur.
• Responsive tasarım özenle geliştirilerek tüm mobil cihazlara uyumlu hale getirilmiştir.
• Esnek ve sürekli geliştirilebilir bir yapı oluşturularak ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yeni özellikler eklenebilir bir site oluşturulmuştur.
• Kullanıcı dostu yönetim paneli sayesinde yazılımcı veya webmaster ihtiyacı olmadan kolaylıkla içeriklerinizi girebileceğiniz bir yapı oluşturulmuştur.
• Güvenlik açıkları giderilmeye çalışılmış olup daha hızlı ve daha dinamik sayfalar oluşturulmuştur.
4) Our Information Security Policy Standards Have Been Determined
It covers the academic education, training activities and administrative activities of our university and the information assets related to these activities, and the relevant business processes within the scope of information security carried out to protect these assets.
Our Information Security Management System guarantees that our activities within its scope are carried out in accordance with the ISO 27001:2013 standard.
5) KVKK Awareness Training Organized
About the process of compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698;
"KVKK-Awareness Training" was organized by our Presidency online on zoom between 10:30 - 12:00 on May 27, 2021 for the personnel of our university.
At the meeting, it was ensured to raise awareness about KVKK at our University.
6) YÖK Academic Information of Academic Staff Added to Web Staff Cards
As of March 31, 2021, our Presidency has made a collective arrangement for the current academic staff of our University to display YÖK Academic information on the academic staff cards on the unit web pages.
7) An Agreement Between Our University and Microsoft for Office 365 Applications
Dear Members of our University;
As a result of the campus agreement between our university and Microsoft, Office 365 programs can be used free of charge and licensed, and the guide on how to install the relevant Office 365 applications on computers is given below.

8) EBYS User Training was organized by our Presidency
The first meeting of the In-Service Training was organized by the University Personnel Department on 16/10/2020 at 13:30 for the staff of your University regarding “Official Correspondence Rules”. The staff attending the meeting, which was held in the Faculty of Education Conference Hall by taking precautions due to Covid 19 disease, were given training about the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) and the problems encountered in the organization of documents in electronic environment and the use of EBYS by our Presidency and the University Registrar's Document and Branch Directorate.
9) Server Support Provided to Rafet Kayış Faculty of Engineering
Server and Hardware Support was provided for the academic research and education of the academicians and students of Rafet Kayış Engineering Faculty of our university.
10) New Generation Firewall for Our University
The servers of our university have been made more secure in cyber space with the new generation firewall, which has been completed in terms of hardware and software security.
11) Tablet Support Provided for Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) Code
Tablet support was provided to the security personnel of the relevant buildings to question the accuracy and reliability of the Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) code, which will be searched for those concerned at the entrances to all buildings of our university, and the user manual was prepared and distributed to the units.
12) Camera Support Provided for Distance Education
In order for the Academic Units of our University to carry out the distance education process in a healthy and high quality, the usage and installation guide of portable and plug-and-play cameras was prepared and distributed to the units by our Presidency.
13) Mergen Distance Education Systems Commissioned
MERGEN Distance Education System, which will be used in the distance education process in the 2020-2021 academic year, has been commissioned.
